Since 2019, I’ve worked directly with service businesses to build websites that look professional, feel easy to use and support their goals.
When you tell me about your business, I’m the person who plans, designs and builds your website. And I’m still here after it launches.
I started offering this monthly package to make a custom website easier to afford. You still get the thought, care and attention. You just don’t have to pay for the whole thing upfront.

Is there really no setup fee?
Yes. There’s no large build payment or setup fee on the monthly package. You pay £99/month for a custom-built website with up to 10 pages. We’ll agree the scope and any third-party costs before you start.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The service runs month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We’ll confirm billing and cancellation arrangements in writing before you start.
What happens if I cancel?
The build, hosting and management are provided as part of your subscription. When the subscription ends, hosting and support under the plan end too. If you want to keep the website, you can buy it out and have the website files transferred to you. We’ll agree the end date and any handover before closing the service.
Do I own the website?
The monthly subscription provides the website as a managed service; it is not an instalment purchase. To own and manage the website independently, ask me for the current buyout price. Once the agreed buyout is paid, I transfer the website files to you. You then arrange and pay for your own hosting and any third-party services. Your business content remains yours.
How is the buyout price worked out?
I’ll give you a written buyout quote for the remaining website value. The monthly plan doesn’t promise an automatic ownership date or a fixed buyout amount. Ask me to confirm the buyout arrangements before starting if future ownership is important to you.
Are hosting and support included?
Yes. Fast, secure hosting, SSL, maintenance and ongoing technical support are included within your agreed plan. Domains and paid third-party tools are confirmed separately before starting.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. Reasonable content and design changes are included within the scope of your plan. We’ll agree the update allowance before you start. New pages, major redesigns or work outside that scope are quoted before I do them.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the number of pages, content, integrations and feedback. I’ll give you a realistic schedule before starting.
Is it a template?
No. I design around your business, branding, customers and goals. I use AI tools to help build your website, then personally customise, review and test it before launch.
Can you write the copy and connect my tools?
Yes. I can improve your own content or help write it using information you provide. Common booking, forms and email marketing tools can be connected, with the exact integrations agreed for your plan.
Will my site work on mobile and show on Google?
Every website is designed for desktop, tablet and mobile. I set up the technical and on-page SEO foundations, including headings, metadata, indexing and image optimisation. Search rankings aren’t guaranteed.
Can I pay for a website outright instead?
Yes. I also offer one-off website projects. Email me about your business and I’ll talk you through the options.
